My door is making noise, what should I do?
As long as you have inspected the door to verify that it is sitting level on floor and does not have a broken spring your noise issues should easily be remedied by lubricating the hinges and rollers. Using a garage door specific lubricant spray the hinges, rollers, springs and drums, run the door through a few cycles to work the lubricant into the parts. This should make the door more quiet.
If my garage door has 2 springs and one breaks, should I replace both?
Yes, always replace both springs. Residential springs generally last 10,000 cycles so when one breaks the other spring is sure to break.

New doors and motor operators are covered by a minimum one year warranty on material and workmanship. All garage doors and garage door openers have extended warranties beyond the first year. Service and repair work warranties are 90-days on parts and 30-days on labour.
My garage door opener is having troubles lifting the door, what should I do?
With the garage door in the closed position pull the red rope hanging from the garage door opener, Using the handle attached to the garage door try to lift the door. DO NOT PLACE YOUR HANDS AND FINGERS NEAR OR IN BETWEEN THE PANELS TO LIFT, SERIOUS INJURY WILL OCCUR.

My garage door will not close, what should I do?
The most common issue that interrupts your garage door from closing is the sensors located at the bottom of the track on the left and right. If you are having troubles and need to leave you can push the button on the wall until the door closes all the way and leave out of a man door.
